Vaccines...
Here's what has changed at the state and federal level...but stay tuned!
There have been explosive policy changes related to vaccines lately, both nationally and statewide. Let’s dive into what has changed this fall.
Changes at the State Level
Montanans secured a great medical freedom victory in November, with a unanimous decision from the Montana Supreme Court striking down a constitutional challenge to HB 702, the 2021 Vaccine Discrimination Act. At the time, this bill was the first of it’s kind in the country, prohibiting discrimination based on a person’s vaccination status or possession of an immunity passport.
The key provision (Section 1 of the law) prohibits, except as provided, any person or governmental entity from refusing, withholding, or denying services, goods, facilities, employment, or public accommodations based on a person’s vaccination status or possession of an immunity passport. It also prohibits employers from refusing employment or discriminating in employment terms based on vaccination status or immunity passport.
Unfortunately, it does not apply to vaccination requirements in schools or day-care facilities, and it allows for reasonable accommodation measures such as masks.
After being signed into law by Governor Gianforte in 2021, it was immediately challenged in court by Netzer, Krautter & Brown Law Firm, based in Sidney, and it bounced around at the state level and federal district court for four years until a final decision was rendered by the Montana Supreme Court on November 4, 2025. The law is now fully enforceable and and establishes the strong legal protections that Montanans have over their bodily autonomy and individual choice.
As far as children who are in public school or daycare, a rule change at the Montana Department of Health & Human Services went into effect on May 1st, requiring the acceptance of religious exemptions for all regularly required vaccines. This rule is effective for all licensed, “out of home” day care facilities that care for 16 or more children. Home-based daycare facilities serving 15 or fewer children are still permitted to make their own decisions about accepting exemptions.

We applaud the MT Supreme Court and DPHHS for these two decisions that uphold the fundamental human right of bodily autonomy, religious freedom, and parental rights.
Changes at the Federal Level
The issue of mercury in vaccines has finally been addressed. HHS Secretary Kennedy has called for the removal of thimerosal, a mercury-based vaccine preservative, from all vaccines in the U.S., as of July of this year. Mercury is an endocrine disruptor, a neurotoxin, a carcinogen, and a mutagen, and has never been adequately studied for safety.
Covid-19 Vaccines —
The Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) has been revoked, which the current Covid-19 vaccines were operating under, as the public health emergency has ended (!!). Recommendations have been updated to individual-based, or “shared decision making” between a patient and provider instead of the blanket recommendation to any individual six months and older. Please visit the CDC website for the latest recommendations.
What has been exploding over social media the past few days has been this:
An internal FDA memo, written by Dr. Vinay Prasad, director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), was leaked this week, which officially confirmed 10 pediatric deaths linked to the Covid-19 shots. This is just the tip of the iceberg as far as deaths and harms caused by the shots, but it is the first time that the FDA has publicly acknowledged that the Covid shots have killed American children.
This is a profound revelation. For the first time, the US FDA will acknowledge that COVID-19 vaccines have killed American children. Healthy young children who faced tremendously low risk of death were coerced, at the behest of the Biden administration, via school and work mandates, to receive a vaccine that could result in death. In many cases, such mandates were harmful. It is difficult to read cases where kids aged 7 to 16 may be dead as a result of covid vaccines.
Worse, the FDA delayed acknowledgement of the safety signal until after it could extend marketing authorization to younger boys 12-15. This is described by the Commissioner and I in JAMA. Had the acknowledgement come early, these younger boys, who likely did not require COVID-19 vaccination, may have chosen to avoid the products.
It’s too little too late for the many victims harmed or killed by this gene-therapy shot, but it marks a beginning in acknowledging how the American people were lied to, coerced, and gaslit about the safety and effectiveness of the Covid-19 shots. Action must be taken to rectify the harms, hold those responsible accountable, and place a moratorium on the shots.
Prior to FDA memo, Dr Prasad had already put forward his intentions in revising vaccine standards. Per this article in the AMA,
Along with the market authorization approvals, Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research Director Vinay Prasad issued decisional memos requiring several additional randomized, placebo-controlled trials for each vaccine. In issuing the new requirements, Director Prasad cited a “suggested net harm of ongoing vaccination in low-risk populations” and cited concerns over the risk of myocarditis and “multiple thrombotic” risks.
At long last — additional randomized, placebo-controlled trials on the Covid-19 vaccines has been called for. The kind of trials that should have occurred from the onset. When available, those results should be the nail in the coffin for the death shots that many of us have been calling to be removed from market for years.

The Childhood Vaccine Schedule —
On November 19th, the CDC quietly revised it’s website statements on vaccines and autism, causing chaos in the medical establishment, big pharma, and mainstream media world. The rest of us were rejoicing that Secretary Kennedy and his team were at last doing what they said they would — determine the cause of the 1 in 31 American children being diagnosed with autism.
On the Questions and Concerns page, the CDC states:
Pursuant to the Data Quality Act (DQA), which requires federal agencies to ensure the quality, objectivity, utility, and integrity of information they disseminate to the public, this webpage has been updated because the statement “Vaccines do not cause autism” is not an evidence-based claim. Scientific studies have not ruled out the possibility that infant vaccines contribute to the development of autism. However, this statement has historically been disseminated by the CDC and other federal health agencies within HHS to prevent vaccine hesitancy.
HHS has launched a comprehensive assessment of the causes of autism, including investigations on plausible biologic mechanisms and potential causal links. This webpage will be updated with gold-standard science that results from the HHS comprehensive assessment of the causes of autism as required by the DQA.
HHS will evaluate plausible biologic mechanisms between early childhood vaccinations and autism. Mechanisms for further investigation include the impacts of aluminum adjuvants, risks for certain children with mitochondrial disorders, harms of neuroinflammation, and more.
The website contains a wealth of information on the background and “state of evidence” of questionable vaccines. I highly recommend it as a reference.
Tomorrow and Friday, the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) will meet and, again, big changes may be in the works.
Hepatitis B vaccination for newborns and well as the U.S. childhood vaccination policy, including the schedule and timing, are on the agenda. Here is the entire agenda.
It will be under a new chairman, Dr Kirk Milhoan, a pediatric cardiologist and former U.S. Air Force flight surgeon. He is a senior fellow with the Independent Medical Alliance (IMA), and a vocal critic of the mRNA vaccines. The committee seems to be in good hands.

Hang on tight, folks! The ride has been bumpy at times, but we are slowly returning to gold-standard, evidence-based medicine. The fact that the FDA is even evaluating these topics and any potential link between autism and vaccines is monumental.

Fantastic update! Thank you
Thank you!
