Good morning! Our priority bill, HB 682, which will help those who have suffered harm from “gender-affirming care” is being heard on 2nd Reading early this afternoon on the House floor. This is a good bill and will provide an extended period of time to sue in a medical malpractice suit as well as require insurance companies to cover detransition care if they also cover gender transition services.
