Legislative Happenings- Week 4 at the Montana Capitol
The first three weeks of the Montana legislature has been laser focused on election integrity, judicial reform, and Medicaid expansion, so many healthcare related bills have not been heard yet, but our time is soon coming.
We have two bills relating to the mRNA gene therapy platform:
LC 1463/HB 527: To ban the administration of mRNA vaccines into humans in the state of Montana. To view the text of the bill, click here. The evidence is overwhelming that this gene-therapy experimental medication is infinitely more risky than beneficial. It is currently on the childhood vaccine schedule for infants 6 months old and older and is routinely offered to pregnant women. This bill is gaining nationwide attention and we will have top national and world renowned experts supporting it. Montana could potentially be the first state to ban these shots. What a legacy we could leave for our current and future generations.
Please watch this short video of Dr Brooke Miller, Senior Fellow of Independent Medical Alliance (formerly FLCCC) explain these two Montana mRNA bills-click here.
LC 1464: To ban the administration of the mRNA gene-based vaccines into animals in the state of Montana, as well as prohibit the importation of animals treated with or exposed to gene-based vaccines. To view the text of the bill, see the PDF below (you may need to download in order to view):
Despite the catastrophic harms that the mRNA technology has had on humans, if there have been clinical trials in animals, they have not been made available to the public or the ranchers. It is unconscionable that our food supply contains this product without long-term studies demonstrating it’s safety and effectiveness. The US Cattlemen’s Association as well as R-CALF is giving this bill their full support.
Here is another short video from Dr Brooke Miller explaining the issues with using the mRNA technology in animals: click here.
We expect the hearings on these two bills to be in the next 10-14 days. We would much appreciate testimony on either bill, including experts in the field, those with stories of vaccine-injured, or ranchers who don’t want to see this technology used in our state. Testimony can be remote.
Our third bill is:
LC 0898: De-transitioner Bill of Rights will give a minor harmed from gender transition treatment an extended period of time (25 years from the date the person reaches 18 years of age) to sue for medical malpractice and provide for reciprocal insurance coverage of detransition treatment if transition treatment is covered.
Similar to the mRNA platform, gender transition treatment is completely lacking in robust, scientific data showing it’s benefit in improving the mental health in gender dysphoric youth. Instead, corruption and censorship is being uncovered in the professional organizations, institutions and activist organizations (WPATH) that continues to push this ideology unto our youth. Medical malpractice claims and laws for insurance coverage allowing for detransition, as much as possible, may be what is needed to curb this radical, cultish assault on our youth.
Again, we welcome any expert, affected party, or person harmed from “gender affirming care” to testify in support of this bill. It may be in later February when it is heard in committee hearing. More information will be forthcoming as it is available.
MMFA is grateful to Greg Kmetz (R), HD 38 for sponsoring these important bills. We are working closely with him and will have substantial support from other allied legislators.
PLEASE! Reach out and let us know if you can support these bills. The voices of Montanans are so powerful. The legislators take note if citizens do or don’t testify on bills. Email me at erin@montanamedicalfreedomalliance.org.
