Last call to save our Montana livestock
The Ag committee will vote TOMORROW February 25th at 3 pm

If you missed the hearing on February 20th on HB 418 to ban mRNA vaccines in animals in Montana, here is the 5 minute opening testimony by Dr Christy Drivdahl-Smith, where she lays out the concerns regarding food safety and animal health.
Additionally, she has prepared a PDF of the bill language and supporting data, which could be very helpful for other states also trying to ban this technology. The Medical Freedom movement is moving soundly around the nation!
Of note, the committee will vote on this bill TOMORROW, FEBRUARY 25TH AT 3 PM MST. It will not be an easy “do pass,” so we are urging all Montanans to email or call these key committee members and ask for their support of this bill:

The pace of the Montana State legislature is feeling quite frenzied as we close in on transmittal day. There are now floor sessions on Saturdays as well as committee hearings starting bright and early at 7 am.
Two key bills that we are engaging on this week are:
HB 555 ~ Generally revise laws related to chemical abortion, will be heard in House Judiciary, Rm 137 TOMORROW (February 25th) at 7am. Click here to see the bill text. We strongly SUPPORT this bill.
HB 637 ~ Provide for medical aid in dying, will be heard in House Judiciary, Rm 137 on Wednesday, February 26th at 7 am. Click here to see the bill text. It is in almost direct opposition to SB 136 that passed easily through the Senate floor vote and has been transmitted to the House. We strongly OPPOSE this bill.
If you are able to testify in person, we’d love to see you there! If you can testify remotely via Zoom, please register the night before by following this link.
Here in Montana, we are grateful to have survived minus 20 degree temperatures and loads of snow, so here is a photo of our beautiful Capitol on the first warm(ish), sunny day that we’ve had in several weeks. It was glorious!
